WHAT OUR WORKSHOPS ARE ABOUT Life can be bleak or wonderful. Somewhere in between those two, it can be happy and stimulating, often moving and thoroughly enjoyable. But it can also be cluttered up with all kinds of ‘IF ONLY’S’.
If only my life was different…if only I was slimmer… if only I could change my body, be taller, shorter, have broader shoulders, have longer legs, a bigger bust, a smaller bust .. . If only I didn’t feel so anxious and stressed…if only I didn’t feel so unhappy…if only I felt I fitted in…if only I was more confident.…
Our workshops will introduce you to the many ways you really can choose your life and become who you want to be.
We will show you how to take control of all the thoughts and behaviours that may have limited or blocked your progress so far. We know you already have the power: we can show you how to use it to explore your full potential.
These are no miracles, no quick fixes, and no empty and extravagant promises - just some simple techniques to help you reach some perfectly achievable goals.
You will discover workable and practical ways to manage all the different areas in your life, devices for dealing with the difficult bits and even difficult people, plus a variety of techniques to help you find out where you really want to be and then help to get you there.

BECOMING MORE ASSERTIVE - WHY IT MATTERS
Being assertive really is important. It can affect us all on many different levels. Behaving passively to avoid confrontations and keep the peace just brings you more inner conflict.
It shows others how little respect you have for yourself. Standing up for yourself is useful and healthy and brings you more honest relationships. Whether it’s in the work place with colleagues, at home with family or with your friends, being assertive can actually be life changing.
Often one of the last things we tend to learn in life is the effect we have on other people. How you see yourself may be very different to the way others see you.
We believe assertiveness matters for your emotional health. Confidence is gold and waking up each morning with peace of mind, contentment and enthusiasm for the day ahead is beyond price.

PRESENTERS
JENNI TAYLOR, JENNIE FRANCIS and LULU APPLETON are all highly experienced, qualified Psychotherapists and Hypnotherapists, currently practising in Harley Street. They will each bring you a different perspective on being ASSERTIVE and how hypnotherapy can help you develop it.
You won’t be expected to just sit and listen: we like to involve you in the whole process so sessions will be highly interactive. They will also be fun. Nobody will nod off. Trust us.
Each workshop lasts three hours and we will have a short break half way through for refreshments. Each session will finish with a guided hypnotherapy-style meditation.
When you leave, you will feel calm, relaxed and pretty wonderful. You may want to go straight out and change the world. But for now, we would just like to help you change yours.

This workshop will be held in Harley Street, near Cavendish Square, just 5 minutes walk from either Oxford Circus or Bond Street tube station.
Fees for each session, including refreshments, are £75 per person. Please state which session you prefer, morning or afternoon. Places are limited and allotted on a first come, first served basis.
